Concordia Design Hub is a mixed-use building located on the Slodowa Island, in the very heart of Wroclaw. Apart from co-working spaces and an event venue, it includes a food hall, a cafe and an extraordinary rooftop terrace. The building consists of a renovated 19th-century tenement house with a modern extension and constitutes the focal point of the island that is a meeting spot for the city’s dynamic youth and forward-thinking creative culture.
At Antmicro we strive to create a work culture that helps to protect the environment through easy-to-follow guidelines. We avoid unnecessary printing of documents, we promote clean commuting and stick to recycling rules. The design of the office building itself makes maximum use of natural light, while the products used for its renovation include mineral / organic paints for its interior and exterior parts. Moreover, the 5th floor of the building features one the largest green walls in Poland consisting of over 10.000 plants.
We are perfectly aware that a comfortable and pleasant workspace makes employees feel and work better. That is why we decided to use an open floor plan, which encourages collaboration and brings projects together.
The employees will be seated around large desk, whereas the modern interior solutions we have adopted will offer privacy when needed. Additionally, the office features a meeting room fully equipped with the latest video conference solutions.
