Eternum, Gdansk

Prime location

Our Gdansk office is located in the Eternum building in the very center of the city at the intersection of Nowomiejska and Jaracza streets. It is one of the most characteristic points in Gdansk, right next to the European Solidarity Center. The building is characterized by its interesting architecture inspired by the stark, industrial atmosphere of the former Gdansk Shipyard. The surrounding area called the Young City, is a new district coming together in the revitalized post-shipyard grounds.

24/7 access

Antmicro employees can access the Gdansk office (as well as general non-restricted areas in any other Antmicro building) at any time.

Layout & amenities

The building’s ground floor will host a number of cafes and small shops accessible directly from the street level making the entire building more user friendly. As we want to make sure that the office itself is as comfortable and pleasant to work in as possible, we have decided to use an open floor plan, which encourages collaboration and creative solutions.

The employees will be seated around large desks, however, due to modern interior solutions we have tested in our remaining locations, their privacy will be granted when needed. Additionally, the office will incorporate a number of meeting rooms fully equipped with the latest video conference solutions.

Environment friendly

Choosing all our locations we go the extra mile to make sure the Antmicro’s work space accommodates smart technologies for a better environment and the Eternum building isn’t any different. It is an A-class facility with the prospects of being BREEAM-certified (a standard related to the best practices regarding sustainable design, construction and use of buildings) with the “very good” rating. As in the case of our remaining offices, we shall introduce a strict recycling policy, minimize the use of paper and encourage our employees to use bicycles and public transport.

Vehicles

Access by car is possible from Jana z Kolna street, along Nowomiejska street or from the side of Popieluszko street, where a car park is available, offering above-ground spaces. Additionally, the office building itself provides a single story, underground parking lot.

Cycling

There are a number of bicycle stands next to the building. Additionally, only a few meters away there are city bike stands as well as the city bicycle system stands which will be made available shortly. For the convenience of cyclists, a public repair and technical bicycle service station has also been installed right next to the office building.
