Antmicro at ZOSIA 2023

February 15, 2023

We are thrilled to announce that on March 3rd we will join students, graduates and enthusiasts of computer science from the University of Wroclaw on the annual winter camp - ZOSIA. We have decided to provide not only the financial support for the event but also the latest and greatest updates in the field of open source FPGA and some other surprises we have in store.

ZOSIA (Zimowy Obóz Studentów Informatyki A) also known as "The Best Computer Science Students' Winter Camp" is the annual gathering of people associated with the Institute of Computer Science at the University of Wroclaw. It was initiated 20 years ago by a tight-knit group of friends and since then it has grown to a gathering of approximately 200 people. It takes the form of a three-day conference where the attendees enjoy a variety of talks, outdoor activities, trips, and the company of former and current students and lecturers.

For the second year in a row Antmicro has decided to support the event as a golden sponsor. Additionally one of our engineering managers, Karol Gugala, on Saturday, March 4 th will give a talk on ‘Open source FPGA NVMe accelerator platform for BPF driven ML processing with Linux/Zephyr’. Finally we have prepared some surprises for the participants but that is to be unveiled at ZOSIA.
