In the administrative team we take care of office organization, logistics, and administrative tasks that help the company run effectively. Additionally, we organize and actively participate in internal and external company events. We collaborate closely with other teams to ensure clear communication and efficient organization of work. Finally, our team supports day-to-day operations of the company by handling documentation and internal processes.

Your duties will include:

• Making sure the office runs smoothly
• Basic document control in cooperation with your team
• Basic office HR
• Office procurement
• Managing deliveries and mail in the office (incoming and outgoing)
• Arranging meetings
• Assistance in organising and participation in company events
• Effective management of cooperation with external companies
• Small office purchasing

Requirements:

• 2+ years of administrative experience
• Computer literate and familiar with office suite tools
• Well organized and with an eye for detail
• Kind and outgoing attitude
• Fully proficient Polish (minimum C1 in speaking and writing)
• Fluent spoken and written English (B2 or better)
• Keen to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Flexibility
• Full-time employment only (no B2B, no agencies)
• Valid work permit for Poland/European Union
