Administrative Assistant - Job Offer

Your responsibilities:

  • Making sure the office runs smoothly
  • Basic document control in cooperation with your team
  • Basic office HR
  • Office procurement
  • Managing deliveries and mail in the office (incoming and outgoing)
  • Arranging meetings
  • Assistance in organising company events
  • Effective management of cooperation with external companies
  • Small office purchasing
  • Performing other duties as required

Our requirements:

  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with office suite tools
  • Effective time management and an eye for detail
  • Kind and outgoing attitude
  • Proficient spoken and written Swedish
  • Fluent spoken and written English (at least B2)
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Flexibility
  • Full-time employment only (no B2B, no agencies)
