In our team we develop the Zephyr RTOS, enable Zephyr support for various silicon vendors and their platforms and design multiple real-world applications. Our in-depth knowledge as a long-time Platinum Zephyr Project member gives us an edge in building Zephyr ports and drivers for new platforms. We are pioneers in the use of Zephyr for RISC-V-based FPGA’s and SoC’s.

Zephyr RTOS Engineer job offer

As a team member you will participate in development of open source real-time operating systems, including work with:

  • Device drivers
  • Ports for new hardware
  • Subsystems
  • Userspace apps

In your everyday work you will use Linux and develop for Zephyr and other open source operating systems. You will be encouraged to automate your workflow with scripting whenever possible. You will be responsible for writing automated tests and Continuous Integration scripts for validating the software you create. You will work with physical hardware as well as simulation in Renode, Antmicro’s open source framework.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, electronics or related fields
  • good understanding of computer architectures and programming
  • experience with Zephyr RTOS. Knowledge of other open source RTOS (e.g. Contiki, NuttX, FreeRTOS) is welcome
  • experience with hardware debugging (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.)
  • expertise in C/C++
  • knowledge of Linux and its internals
  • experience with Bash, git, gcc, llvm, gdb, OpenOCD, Make, CMake
  • experience with Python and / or other scripting languages is welcome
  • good command of English
  • ability and willingness to learn and work as part of a team
  • full-time employment only
